The Court of Shadows Lighting the Fire  
 
      The lights before their eyes burned. There was a mad rush as those who were quartered in the compound flew forward to the main house to survey what had happened. Even more rushed in with buckets full of water, hoping to quell the fire which devoured the now blazing mansion, hoping to save the house and those inside from destruction.        All but two moved through the fire stained night. All but to two attempted to douse the flames that ripped through the house like an angry monster. And all but these two were frantically searching fo The Court of Shadows

 I don’t dare cry, Papa hits me harder if I do. ‘Sides I don’t wanna be caught writin’. Mama hates me writin’. Says I always be lyin’ when I be speakin’ she don’t need me doin’ it on paper so’s someone might find it.   Papa’s busy with Diz anyhow. Probably wouldn’t hear me over the racket she’s been makin’. You’d think she’s never been beat afore the way she carries on.   Still, no Diary of Liz Becker

Okay so I know that I'm never on anymore and that this is my first update in like almost a year but I figured I should post this for any that want to know.

Nothing big, I'm just posting all my story updates on livejournal now, my novels The Diary of Liz Becker and The Court of Shadows will be updated on my account lin_tamakie. So yes I will eventually be posting ALL chapters on live journal and not just the teaser chapters as I have done here.

Okay well thats it really, sorry I don't have much more to say. I'll try and update as much as I can on here, but we all know I've said that before, heh.
